Breaking News: SCOTUS Recent Ruling makes President a King
The media and the Democrats cry out “Project 2025 is Coming! Project 2025 is Coming!” We are told that we must defeat Trump or lose our Democracy. But, on June 28, the corrupt, pro-fascist SCOTUS took a giant step towards making Project 2025 a reality. The Court’s Chevron decision weakened the ability of federal agencies to control Corporate Greed.
Project 2025 – a Fascist Playbook: Project 2025 aims at systematically dismantling the federal government. It gives the President supreme power to use Executive Orders to “legally” reverse many of our civil rights to reverse racial equality, and erase gender & LGBTQ+ identity from government protection.
Why Attack Federal Agencies? From health care to climate change, federal agencies were created to use the power of an elected government to improve the lives of the American people. The legal doctrine called Chevron deference gave agencies like the FDA and EPA the power to regulate corporations using science, technology and commonsense.
What SCOTUS Did: They took the power to regulate our lives out of our hands and the “democratically elected” congress and gave it to unelected, openly corrupt judges who work for rich, corporate masters.
Why did SCOTUS Do This? The ruling class knows that the majority of our country, those of us who must work for a living, support abortion, gun control, better health care, clean water and air, free and quality education, childcare, ….. To accomplish these goals, we put collective good above private profit. We rely on a flawed, often corrupt, “democratic” electoral system to create a government that is “by the people and for the people”.
Real Democracy is too Dangerous for the Capitalists. They are turning to fascism to save their private property and profits. SCOTUS is helping make this change
What is Fascism? Our current “democracy” is bribery, corruption and fraud, backed up by police violence and terror. Fascism is police violence and terror, backed up by bribery, corruption and fraud. The open terrorist rule of the minority.
What We Need to Do: We know that we cannot rely on the President, Congress or SCOTUS. The only way to stop Project 2025 is to strip the capitalists of their claim to own all the wealth of humanity as their private property. We the people who must work for a living need political power. We all need to guarantee that government meets the needs of all people and not billionaires.
