Biden is not too Old, He is a War Criminal
On July 17, Rep. Adam Schiff called for President Biden to withdraw from the presidential race. Schiff joined a growing number of Democrats who are concerned about Biden’s age and mental fitness. But these are not the reasons that Biden is unfit to lead our country.
In the primary elections, over 200,000 Uncommitted Voters gave us the reason: Biden is a war criminal! He has made it possible for Israel to kill close to 40,000 Palestinians in Gaza. This is the “official” estimate. The Lancet, a respected British medical journal, calculated that the real death toll, including those missing in Gaza’s ruins and “indirect” deaths from malnutrition, disease, and other conditions is likely 186,000 people — roughly 8 percent of Gaza’s population.1
Biden’s Bombs keep falling in Gaza: On July 11, Biden sent more 500-pound bombs to Israel.2 These are in addition to the shrapnel-loaded bombs that Israel is using to rip apart the bodies of children.3 In just a span of months, the Israeli bombardments have produced more rubble in Gaza than in multiple years of war in Ukraine.
Biden’s bombs fell in Al-Mawasi: On July 13, Israel dropped US-supplied 2000-pound bombs on Al-Mawasi killing over 90 people and wounding at least 300. Al-Mawasi is an area designated by Israel as a “humanitarian area,” where the Israeli Defense Force said that there were hospitals, shelter, and “increased amounts” of supplies such as food and medicine.4
The Answer is not getting Rid of Biden. Biden is a salesman for the Capitalists who have used Israel as a means to politically and militarily control the Middle East. This corrupt and antiquated relationship is being celebrated with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s invitation to address Congress in the Capitol on July 24. Instead of being allowed to speak, Netanyahu should be arrested for heinous war crimes.
The Answer is Changing the Capitalist System. We, the working class, are the majority and need to form our leadership to conquer state power and then transform society towards that which is technologically and scientifically feasible: a new world where everyone enjoys a peaceful, sustainable future.
