Stand up for Peace with Justice!

Democratic and Republican leaders have arranged for Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to address Congress in Washington on July 24. Why did these leaders invite the person leading the genocidal war against Gaza that has killed over 37,000 civilians? A person who has directed the destruction of homes, schools, and hospitals while blocking food and fuel for the Palestinian people. A Gaza WAR Criminal Netanyahu is a person accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity by the United Nations and the International Criminal Court? Here’s why:

America Pays for the Bombs, Bullets, and Destruction: The Israeli genocide in Gaza is paid for by American tax dollars and authorized by both parties in Congress. By inviting Netanyahu on July 24, the congressional leadership is seeking to legitimate its own policy.

 Politicians are Covering Their Asses: A majority of the people in the world, including the majority of Americans, strongly oppose the Gaza genocide and demand an end to the US/Israeli war on the Palestinian people. Elections are coming and the war’s continuation has become politically risky.

The pro-genocide Democrats and Republicans need Netanyahu and the corporate press to convince us that the war is just and that the Israeli-dropped US bombs are not murdering Palestinian children.

 When Netanyahu speaks at the US Capitol it will be a War Criminal addressing other War Criminals.

 

Not in Our House: The Democratic leadership, Hakeem Jeffries, and Chuck Schumer joined with Republicans to invite a war criminal to talk in the “People’s House”. While more than 50 Democrats have said that they will boycott Netanyahu’s speech, this is not enough!

We are the working class, the vast majority of who must work to survive. We oppose war and demand peace. We Demand Justice !

Democratic Party Convention: Ceasefire Now! Arrest Netanyahu and Fire the Politicians responsible for the Gaza Genocide: The genocide in Gaza is ongoing and must end, and those responsible for it should be brought to justice. Failure to do so will lead to more death and suffering and bring the entire world closer to war. We all need to bring this truth to the Democratic Party Convention in August. How can we stop fascism at home if our government supports genocide abroad?
