Israeli Genocide, a Plan not a Reaction

February 21, 2024: Israeli troops are ready to enter Rafah and begin the final stage of the removal of the Palestinian people from Gaza. We are witnessing an unprecedented act of genocide against the Palestinian people.

The Israeli and US governments have framed the war as a reaction to October 7. A “fight for survival” with the objective of “eliminating the terrorist threat.”  

But there is more to this story, the Zionist Plan for a “GREATER ISRAEL”

From the start, the Zionists envisioned a Greater Israel including all of Palestine, Jordan, southern Lebanon, and southeastern Syria.  The founding of Israel in 1948 was immediately followed by the Nakba, the violent expulsion by Israel of over 700,000 Palestinian people, and the forming of the Palestinian territories of Gaza and the West Bank.  The 1967 Six-Day War moved the plan forward as Israel took control of the West Bank, Gaza, East Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights. 

The current displacement and murder of the people of Gaza and the destruction of their homes, hospitals, and schools, is the next stage of the Nakba.  It is coordinated with attacks in the West Bank by fascist gangs of Israeli settlers, forcing Palestinians from their homes and killing those who resist.

Israel’s ultimate goal was revealed by Netanyahu on September 22, 2024, 15 days before Hamas began the Al Aqsa invasion, when he showed a map to the UN of the entire region – but without Gaza at all!

Our government has made no move to stop the war, vetoing 3 UN ceasefire resolutions and increasing military aid to Israel by $14.1 billion. The US supports the goal of a Greater Israel and has historically funded Israel’s military as the largest donor to Israeli terrorism.  Biden’s public statement that current Israeli attacks are “over the top” represents a criticism of how Israel is carrying out the plan, not the plan itself.
