May Day Chicago 2022
ISSUES OF THE DAY WILL INCLUDE:

– The lack of justice for undocumented immigrants
and immigrants seeking asylum in the U.S.

– No budget cuts in schools.

– The need for COVID vaccinations readily available to those who need them, especially in Black and LatinX neighborhoods, and rebuilding the public health department.

– Issues youth are facing.

– The need by workers for a decent wage and working conditions.

– Opposition to the U.S. war on Russia.

An Ecumenical Religious Service will be held at 10 a.m.
– Speeches on a number of issues will begin at 11 a.m.
– A march via the Haymarket memorial and to Federal Plaza will begin at 12noon.
– This will be followed by a further program on issues at
Federal Plaza.
